Repeat prescriptions can be requested through the Health365 patient portal without the need for an in-person consultation. However, medications require regular reviews with your doctor every one, three, or six months, depending on the medication and your condition. Please allow up to two working days for your prescription to be processed.
Urgent or same-day prescriptions may incur additional fees. Please check your Health365 account to ensure you are eligible for a repeat prescription before submitting your request.
You can request a repeat prescription by phoning our practice. While you don’t need to see the doctor to make a request, regular reviews with your doctor are required every one, three, or six months based on your medication and treatment plan.
Please allow two working days for processing.
